The kinds of problems I help businesses solve.

I work with established businesses on three connected areas: how work gets done inside the business, how customers experience it, and how eCommerce programs grow. Every project starts by understanding what's actually going on before deciding what to fix.

BUSINESS EFFICIENCY & AI SOLUTIONS

Less manual work. Clearer ownership. Fewer things falling through the cracks.

I don't start by selling technology. I start by understanding how the work actually gets done, look at the processes and tools you already have, and then decide what makes sense: a process change, better use of software you already pay for, automation, AI or something else entirely.

Sounds familiar?

  • The same information gets entered in two or three places.

  • Key processes live in one person's head.

  • Nobody's sure who owns a task until something goes wrong.

  • You pay for software your team barely uses.

  • Customer issues get lost in texts, emails or group chats.

  • Reports take hours to pull together, or don't exist.

What I might do

  • Map how work actually moves and where it stalls.

  • Clarify who owns what, with simple handoffs and escalation paths.

  • Get more out of the tools you already have before adding new ones.

  • Automate repetitive steps and use AI where it genuinely saves time.

  • Set up simple measures so you can see whether it's working.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & DIGITAL SOLUTIONS

Make it easier for customers to do business with you.

Customer frustration often starts somewhere customers never see: a slow handoff, an unclear process, a website that no longer matches how the business works. I look at the whole journey, from first search to follow-up, and fix what gets in the way. Sometimes the answer is a website or digital tool. Often it starts with a process.

Sounds familiar?

  • Your website no longer reflects what you actually do.

  • Booking, ordering or getting a quote takes too many steps.

  • New inquiries wait too long for a reply.

  • Customers get bounced between people for simple answers.

  • Follow-up depends on someone remembering to do it.

What I might do

  • Walk through the experience the way a customer does.

  • Simplify inquiry, booking and contact paths.

  • Improve your website where it's getting in the way.

  • Tighten communication and follow-up, including automated steps.

  • Fix the internal handoffs behind customer-facing problems.

HOW IT FITS TOGETHER

Real problems don't stay in one category.

A customer experience problem often starts with an internal process. An eCommerce growth problem can involve merchandising, technology and operations all at once.

My job is to find the underlying problem and build a practical solution around it, not to fit your business into a predetermined package.

ECOMMERCE GROWTH

eCommerce is where I've spent most of my career.

I've built and grown eCommerce programs for major entertainment and consumer brands, and I run my own online shop. I help brands and retailers find what's holding growth back and fix it, from strategy and merchandising to the storefront and the operations behind it.

Sounds familiar?

  • Traffic is steady, but sales aren't keeping up.

  • The assortment keeps growing, and it's harder to tell what's working.

  • Customers struggle to find products, on your site and in search.

  • New products launch without a clear plan for how they'll sell.

  • You have plenty of data but not many clear answers.

  • Fulfillment or vendor problems are showing up in reviews.

Where I help

  • eCommerce strategy and growth planning

  • Merchandising, assortment and product development

  • Storefront and customer journey optimization

  • SEO, product data and category structure

  • Analytics and performance reviews

  • Licensed and branded eCommerce programs

  • Vendor, fulfillment and operational issues that affect growth

I focus on strategy, optimization and defined implementation projects rather than day-to-day store management.

WHERE TO START

Not sure which of these fits? Start with an assessment.

If you know something needs to improve but aren't sure what the fix is, a Business Opportunity Assessment is the place to start. I'll find where your business is losing time, frustrating customers or missing opportunities, and help you decide what's worth fixing first. You'll leave with a short, practical roadmap, not a 50-page report.

  • $795 fixed fee

  • 60–90 minute working session

  • Practical 5–10 page roadmap

  • In person or online
